SouthWest Community offers construction loans with competitive rates and fees. The interest rate is fixed for the 9 month term of the loan. We handle all the disbursements to subs and suppliers and take care of the 1099-Misc. forms also. We help you keep your project on budget and on time. Work with one of our mortgage loan officers to put together a total loan package that is right for you.
Lot Loan
Not ready to build that dream home yet? SouthWest Community offers financing for the purchase or refinance of building lots and land. We will loan up to 50% of the lesser or purchase price or appraised value with competitive rates, fees and terms.
